As an Intern UI / UX Engineer in CreativeHub you'll be exposed to a large array of projects and clients, giving you the exposure required to gain professional field experience and also develop your skills in this field. We don't just expect you to collaborate with different teams to get you to work, but also support and back initiatives from you. As a UI/UX Intern you'll learn to combine empathy and design identities and create user centric and user-friendly products for the world.

Responsibilities

• Developing user personas and usage scenarios
• Keep all of our visual messaging clean
• Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and user flows
• Create visual designs, including typography, color, and iconography
• Communicate and explain design decisions to the clients and stakeholders
• Conduct Usability Testing
• Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices
• Help to maintain and improve the design system
• Build and maintain highly reusable JavaScript, HTML and CSS code when necessary
• Collaborate with developers to execute design to a finished product
• Understand the limitations of our tech stack and agile model and provide technical advice wherever necessary

Requirements
 

• Following a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Interaction Design, or a related field
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UI design projects is a must
• Knowledge on the UX laws and theories
• Knowledge on wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe XD
• Ability to think outside the box, comfortable with ambiguity and fuzzy project briefs
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a creative, hands-on, and dynamic environment
• Analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience
• Good knowledge of front-end development languages (E.g., HTML and CSS)
• Good understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as ReactJS & AngularJS
• Good time-management skills
